Shipping policy
Auntie's Beads Direct ships to the U.S., Canada, and a number of other countries. We offer low-cost, flat rate shipping options for our U.S. customers, and free shipping above a certain order size (your cart tally will let you know how much you need to order to get free shipping). Please read the important information below on our shipping schedule so there are no misunderstandings.
U.S. Shipping Options
- Orders from $0.01 to $49.99:
- Standard Shipping (2 to 5 business days): $4.95
- Priority Mail (2 to 3 business days): $9.99
- Orders over $50.00:
- Standard Shipping (2 to 5 business days): FREE
- Priority Mail (2 to 3 business days): $9.99
- Above estimates are based on carrier estimates and do not include time to fulfill the order. We generally pick, pack, and ship your order the same or the next business day.
- USPS Priority Mail Shipping: USPS estimates delivery within 2–3 business days for Priority Mail shipments. Please note that this is an estimated delivery timeframe, not a guaranteed delivery date. Once your package has been transferred to USPS, delivery times are beyond our control, and Auntie's Beads Direct cannot be held responsible for delays experienced in transit.
International Shipping Options:
- USPS First Class International, actual cost based on weight
Note that we have very little control over the cost of international shipments and make every effort to charge only actual costs. We cannot be liable for import duties or taxes, and we cannot declare the value of your order to be lower than it is.
